  1. CrewRes never works. Everything looks good on the website. When I go there, none of my information transferred over. I always have to start a new reservation from scratch.

    • Thank you for your business and loyalty. We are sorry your are having issues. If you have a confirmation, that same confirmation is sent simultaneously to the property you have selected. It is then for the property to make your reservation in their point of sale system. There is no direct connection at this time with each properties point of sale systems as all brands use different systems. I hope this helps explain things.   2. The Ramada is great. But crew res? My order was finally officially processed, 3 weeks after I tried to book the appointment. Well AFTER the date I wanted to stay there. How does that work?

  4. This hotel used to place all crew in its Suites which was why I would stay here. Those rooms are enclosed inside a building.. When covid hit they’ve been placing us back in their raggedy outdoor rooms which are not the best quality and my roomdoor was actually open when I came to the room upon check-in. Hopefully the type of room that are assigned to crew can be discussed in the future.

  6. Front desk lady forgot to call the shuttle driver when I called the hotel for the shuttle. She didn’t apologize when I got to the hotel after being left at the airport for almost two hours.

  7. I booked the hotel and the front desk told me I didn’t have a reservation. They were sold out anyway!!

  8. I reserved the hotel because crewres said it had an airport shuttle and got breakfast, well since the pandemic started they no longer have a shuttle or hot breakfast so I spent another $40 on rides to and from the airport. Crewres needs to update this info so I don’t waste more money.

  9. It was alright. Front desk lady was extremely NICE. I forgot her name. She was patient with us as the customers that checked in before me expressed their disappointment with the absence of the shuttle. She was just sweet. That was the only reason I stayed.

  10. We were greeted by a very rude female receptionist, who initially told we hadn’t got a reservation. When we asked her to keep checking, she finally found it. We were told earlier in the day that a room would be ready for us upon our arrival at around 12noon. However the same female receptionist told us we had to wait until housekeeping could get one ready. After waiting for nearly 30, we cancelled our reservation and booked in at a nearby hotel. I doubt we’ll return to the ramada agin.

  11. I rate the website a 5! And all smiles. Been using it for years. It’s very convenient. However, I’ve searched and search to find a way to “cancel” a reservation on the website. I’ve clicked on practically everything trying to see if it will lead to me being able to cancel a reservation I no longer need. Our trips are changing everyday sometimes and it would be great to be able to log back on and free up the room. Just sayin. 😃👍🏽 But know that I am VERY IMPRESSED with the website and the concept.   12. I booked a reservation with you. When I got to the hotel, there were no rooms available, I had to go to another hotel and pay walk up rates. And to top it off, you charged my credit card for the room anyway.

  17. I got to the hotel and they didn’t honor my reservation. I was told, that just because I made a reservation through CrewRes doesn’t mean I actually have a room. I was so exhausted from travelling and delays, it was so very inconvenient. They were not nice about it, nor did they apologize for any inconveniences. So disappointed! I’ve stayed there before and the property is very unkept. This was the last straw. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my crew members. I will not be returning.

  18. Couldnt find your website for several months and booked a different way. I thought it was crewrest.com. Might want to see if you can redirect users to correct site if they type in crewrest.com. Thanks.

  19. The Hotel booked through the site never received the booking, showed up at the hotel to find they never received reservation from crewres and no rooms were available, epic fail

  20. The hotel was great but they didn’t have any record of the reservation I made on CrewRes – even after I gave them the confirmation number. I had to make a reservation with them directly over the phone.

  21. Tried using your service on 3 separate occasions.not sure why I’m reviewing a hotel that wasnt available…The last time I attempted to use your service, all I got was an error message and couldn’t even sign onto your website. Looks like you went out of business???

  23. Your website was down for three months. I sent numerous request for information and never heard a word. I’m very skeptical to ever use your service again.

  25. I had a confirmation number from CrewRes. I flew from Michigan to Philadelphia, on my day off. I tried to check in at the hotel, and they said I was not in the system. They were also sold out. I had to spend approx 1 hr and 45 min looking for a hotel. I ended up spending over $220 because it was last minute. The hotel told me this happens often with CrewRes. Not cool at all, it was a terrible experience. About as bad as it gets.

  27. I am totally disgusted with the service from Crew Res. It’s useless to call the telephone number listed because you don’t answer the phone.

  28. Reservation was NOT made at hotel, can’t get anyone to respond to email to admin@crewres. First time booking! Very unhappy!
